Crude, delusional worldviews that
thrive in silence often spread like
a virus and have the potential for
much suffering. While they have
been omnipresent in the media,
especially in recent times, they
have existed far longer. Even
today, in some sleepy areas, the
"blood-and-soil ideology" is still
upheld and the NSDAP party song is
sung at shooting parties. Some
people just do not learn from the
past, but prefer to follow
charismatic liars.
